Well, I'm finally doing it. I am going to become a chef. I went to the le cordon bleu las vegas campus today for a short interview and a tour of the school. It was really awesome. I learned a whole lot too. And since there is nothing else i feel strongly about doing (plus i have a restaurant in mind that i want to open up) I went ahead and applied today. It is really great. They even gave me an email address and stuff, and the school is only 16 months but you graduate with an associates degree, and 88 credits which is more than the required amount for an associates degree. And they have a lot of cool stuff like you can sign up as a volunteer so if a restaurant needs more chefs for something special like a convention than the volunteers can work, which is a way to get discovered too. It is really awesome and there is also a restaurant that is ran by students from the school, and every student works in it for 6 weeks throughout their school year. I am beyond excited right now that for the first time in a while I actually have a smile on my face. Go Me!! But gotta go right now and pick up the pizza.
